I work around the corner from this place, so dropped car off during lunch for an oil change. The customer service is great! I paid exactly what I was quoted, and they had it done within a few hours (I told them I'd come back later for it, and it didn't need to be done ASAP!). Very honest reviews. I came from dealer who told me my Prius need brake replacement and oil leak. Ashraf inspected it very carefully and told me there is nothing wrong with my car and did not charge me anything. He taught me how to replace cabin air filter, and I did it myself to save lots of money by buying parts from Auto Zone. I trust Ashra, and I will bring all my cars.

Don't judge a book by its cover. A&B may look like a busy, overcrowded neighborhood repair garage. However, the true judging of this facility is not based on curb appeal, but on their ability to perform a multitude of complex repair issues including exceptional body repair. A&B may be a neighborhood repair facility, but their capabilities and customer-focused service raise them above other shops where you are just a number and an invoice.

I enjoy doing my own car work, however sometimes things don't go quite right, and I end up needing someone more experienced. Such was the case when the bolt on my catalytic converter broke. As the bolt is pressed in, it was much more difficult to work with. After several hours of using a punch on the bolt, drilling, and using torches, I decided it was time to give up and call a professional. I showed up early next morning at A&B, a recommendation from a friend, and Ashraf got my car up and immediately started work on it. In less than an hour he was done. He had a great attitude, was easy to work with, and had a reasonable rate. I am very happy with A&B Car Experts.

Joe was great. I called one afternoon, and he was able to see my car the next morning and was done about an hour later. He replaced the motor so the window would work again. I was very impressed with the service I got at A&B. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and was helped quickly. The service took about an hour. The best part was that I wasn't bullied into any extra services. I told them what I wanted, and they gave me just that. When a problem arose with my car, they took me into the garage to show me the problem, but let me decide how to handle it without pressuring me into one decision or the other. At $45, the oil change and tire rotation was a bit more expensive than going to Jiffy Lube or another chain mechanic, but getting honest and courteous treatment is worth it to me.

These guys are great! I don't feel pressured or like I'm minutes away from burning a hole in my wallet. They really value your loyalty, which means they will be honest! I came in a few months ago just for an oil change. Little did I know, I had a plethora of other issues. There was a rat nest that caused issues with my engine, there was a nail in my tire, and I had a dying battery. All of these issues weren't really a surprise, but I'm glad A&B looked at it. They even patched my tire for free! Again, great service...I will be back again!

I find their prices very reasonable & their work is professional and honest. They do get really busy sometimes so try calling them before you show up. Excellent knowledge about cars, honest at a very reasonable price, you can't possibly have it any better. A friend of mine told me about this place and that I should check it out, so I took my son's 2006 Dodge Charger to have front end work and alignment. Friendly guys, honest, they showed me what was wrong with the car. So, I got the best type of parts, which are made by MOOG, and they have a life time warranty and their prices are good. I am extremely happy with the service I got and definitely will go back. I would recommend giving them a shot and trying it for yourself. I promise you will not regret it.
